Queensland food scientists bolster export opportunity with fruit and veg research

Sending fresh produce to overseas markets in shipping containers is fraught with hit and miss outcomes and the studies by scientists at the Queensland Government's Department of Agriculture and Fisheries reveal temperature control throughout the cold chain is critical to success.
