The AFCCC is continuously assembling resources and training aids that can be used by all players in the cold chain – growers and manufacturers, transporters, refrigeration assets, cold storage facilities, retail markets, restaurants and venues.
Some resources have been developed by AFCCC with the help of expert associates, while others may be available through food and cold chain organisations or other third parties.
All resources are assessed by AFCCC for their value in cold chain compliance training.
